COVID-19 Update

Dear Customers,

We understand that these have been difficult and uncertain times for many and given the challenges presented by the COVID-19 outbreak the safety of our customers and staff remains our highest priority.

It is still possible for us to safely pick, pack and deliver our products via our trusted courier partners. If you have an order with us, our courier teams will call ahead of delivery and advise you on a contact-free delivery. This means we are currently unable to offer our white-glove assembly service. We use a number of delivery partners and their policies differ slightly from one another. We will still offer doorstep delivery as a minimum, however room of choice delivery will be at the drivers discretion and will not be offered to Tier 2 and 3 areas.

Our customer care team are currently experiencing a very large volume of contacts and it can take us a little longer than usual to respond to queries. We thank you for your patience in giving us at least 3-5 working days to respond to your email query. When you receive an acknowledgement that we have received your query we advise not to email multiple times as in doing so your email follow up goes to the back of our workflow and you may be delaying the response to your original query.

After a number of modifications to the work environment and processes, we have been able to re-open our factory and begin to produce our Made to Order range again. With safety as our top priority, we are suggesting that the current lead time for our made to order range of sofas, beds, headboards and more is 6-8 weeks instead of our usual 3-5 week time frame. We are really pleased to be able to resume the manufacture of our Made to Order range and we thank you for your patience in the lengthened delivery window, we're sure our gorgeous items are worth the wait!
