COVID-19 Update

Dear Customers,

Throughout the COVID-19 outbreak the safety of our customers and staff remains our highest priority.

It is still possible for us to safely pick, pack and deliver our products via our trusted courier partners. If you have an order with us, our courier teams will call ahead of delivery and advise you on a contact-free delivery. This means we are currently unable to offer our white-glove assembly service. We use a number of delivery partners and their policies differ slightly from one another. In tier 3 and 4, we are offering doorstep delivery only. In tier 1 and 2 you may be offered room of choice at the delivery team's discretion. Returns collections may be delayed, especially in tier 3 and 4 areas.

Our customer service phone lines are currently closed. Please email us with any queries and we will respond within 1-2 working days.

After a number of modifications to the work environment and processes, we have are keeping our Made to Order factory open. With safety as our top priority, the current lead time for our made to order range of sofas, beds, headboards and more is 12-14 weeks instead of our usual 3-5 week time frame. We are really pleased to be able to resume the manufacture of our Made to Order range and we thank you for your patience in the lengthened delivery window, we're sure our gorgeous items are worth the wait!
