How do I make sure that the sofa will fit in my home?
Measure, measure, measure. If it doesn’t fit, we’re going to have issues. We’ve designed a measuring guide to help you get it right. Download it here Please note we will not accept returns based on furniture not fitting in your home.
Can I order an upholstered item using my own fabric?
Yes. Please contact our Customer Service team for more information on how to do this. Please note we do not offer returns on bespoke made to order furniture purchases, where the customer has chosen a fabric outside of the Perch & Parrow range.
Do you offer bespoke sizes of sofas, armchairs and beds?
Not yet. However, many of our sofas and beds are available in a range of standard sizes.
Can I change the legs on the sofa?
No, we don’t offer bespoke legs on our current range.
Do you have a showroom where I can see your products?

How can I pay?
We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal as payment.
We currently deliver to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland.
How long will my delivery take?
Our bespoke sofas, armchairs and beds are upholstered especially for you, so they will take 6-8 weeks to arrive. Other large items such as dining tables, chests, bedroom furniture and large mirrors will be delivered within 14 days. Small items such as lamps, cushions and side tables are delivered by UK Mail within 3 working days.
What about deliveries to Scotland and Northern Ireland?

Will you take away my old furniture?
No. But we’re working on introducing this service soon.
For all larger furniture items, i.e. sofas, armchairs, dining sets, consoles, chests, beds, bedroom furniture and large mirrors, our Perch & Parrow delivery team will call to arrange a date and time slot that suits you. Please note that we can’t guarantee an exact delivery time but our team will do their very best to arrive within the pre-agreed slot. Smaller items will be delivered by UK Mail within 3 working days. You’ll receive a text and an email confirming your 3-hour delivery slot on the day of delivery.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day no quibble returns guarantee on everything EXCEPT made to order purchases where the customer has chosen a fabric outside of the Perch & Parrow range. You must email us email@example.com or call us on 0208 629 1166 within 14 days of the item’s delivery. All items should be returned in their original packaging (where possible) and be in satisfactory condition.
Can I return my item for an exchange?
Yes. To exchange an item within our 14-day no quibble returns guarantee, just email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0208 629 1166. Please note that when you are exchanging an item that has already been delivered a return collection charge will be incurred.
What are your return collection charges?
Return collection charges will be deducted from your item refund:
Small item £4.99
Large item £45
(ie sofa, armchair, footstool, console, chest of drawers, coffee table, dining set, beds, bedroom furniture, large mirror)
What is the process for booking returns?

How is my refund paid?
Refunds will only be credited onto the original credit/debit card or PayPal account that was used to pay for the item(s).
How long will the refund on a return take?
Your refund should appear on your statement within 5-7 working days of Perch & Parrow collecting the item from you. Please note that transaction times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control.
