Made to order furniture

Can I order a fabric samples?

Yes, you can select up to 6 fabric samples using the fabric selector in the "Choose Your Fabric" section available on qualifying products. 

How do I make sure that the sofa will fit in my home?

Measure, measure, measure. If it doesn’t fit, we’re going to have issues. We’ve designed a measuring guide to help you get it right. Download it here
Please ensure you measure up as we do not offer refunds if you have failed to ensure your items will fit.

Can I order an upholstered item using my own fabric?

Yes. Please contact our Customer Service team for more information on how to do this.
Please note we do not offer returns on bespoke made to order furniture purchases.

Do you offer bespoke sizes of sofas, armchairs and beds?

Not yet. However, many of our sofas and beds are available in a range of standard sizes.

Can I change the legs on the sofa?

We do not currently offer bespoke legs on our range.

 

Payment

How can I pay?

We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal as payment method. If you are having issues paying for your order online we are able to assist you over the phone and then would send you a simple payment link to complete the transaction.

The discount code is not working?

Please contact our Customer Service team and they will be able to assist you.

Deliveries

Where do you deliver?

We offer standard delivery to most mainland UK postcodes. We do not currently deliver to JE, GY, ZE, HS and IM postcodes.

How long will my delivery take?

Our bespoke sofas, armchairs and beds are upholstered especially for you, so they will take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Other large items such as dining tables, chests, bedroom furniture and large mirrors will be dispatched within 14 days. Small items such as single chairs or stools, lamps, cushions and side tables are dispatched within 2-3 working days.

What about deliveries to Scotland and Northern Ireland?

Unfortunately we do not deliver to Northern Ireland. Deliveries to Scotland may take slightly longer. We always work with our courier partners to create delivery routes which are suitable for the customer but also as economical and sustainable as possible. As there are fewer orders to these areas, we may wait a little longer to try to group some of these orders, there are also often delivery surcharges which may apply.

Will you take away my old furniture?

We do not currently offer this service.

Can I book a specific delivery slot?

For all larger furniture items, i.e. sofas, armchairs, dining sets, consoles, chests, beds, bedroom furniture and large mirrors, our Perch & Parrow delivery team will call to arrange a date and time slot that suits you. Please note that we can’t guarantee an exact delivery time but our team will do their very best to arrive within the pre-agreed slot. For smaller items you will usually get a 24 hour delivery slot which will come through directly from our courier partner.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14-day no quibble returns guarantee on everything EXCEPT made to order purchases.
You must email us customerservice@perchandparrow.com within 14 days of the item’s delivery. All items should be returned in their original packaging (where possible) and be in satisfactory condition.

Can I return my item for an exchange?

We currently offer a return for a refund or a return for replacement in the event of damage. If you would like to order an alternative item instead this would require a return for a refund and then a new order for the alternative item.

What are your return collection charges?

Return collection charges will be deducted from your item refund:

  • Small item £4.99 (ie cushion, throw, small mirror, picture frame, table lamp)
  • Medium item £15 (ie single chair, large mirror, pouffe, faux trees, floor lamp)
  • Large item £45 (ie sofa, armchair, console, chest of drawers, coffee table, dining set, beds, bedroom furniture)

What is the process for booking returns?

To return an item within your 14 day no quibble returns guarantee please email our customer service team at customerservice@perchandparrow.com.

How is my refund paid?

Refunds will only be credited onto the original credit/debit card or PayPal account that was used to pay for the item(s).

How long will the refund on a return take?

Your refund should appear on your statement within 5-7 working days of Perch & Parrow collecting the item from you. Please note that transaction times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control.
